Frozen Yogurt Fruit

I recently made these and what a sweet summer snack they are! Easy to customize to fit your needs, these little bites are perfect for a hot afternoon treat or an after dinner dessert. I made a smaller batch, but here I give the ingredients for 12 small clusters.

Ingredients-

  • 1 cup of fruit of choice (I used blueberries)

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of yogurt of choice (I used a sheep milk yogurt, but you could also do an unsweetened coconut yogurt such as Cocojune for dairy free option)

  • A few drops of Stevia to sweeten (or 1/2 tbsp maple syrup)

  • Parchment paper

Method-

In a small bowl, add your yogurt and sweetener of choice, I used a liquid stevia that is organic and has no erythritol in it. Sweeten to taste. I like mine a little on the tart side.

Add in washed and dried berries, mix until all are covered. Place spoonfuls on a sheet of parchment to created small clusters. Freeze for 2 hrs or until fully frozen. Enjoy!
