FAVORITE BRUNCH PLATE
I love this brunch plate/bowl. It’s so customizable to your likes and dislikes, and it is high in protein- which will keep you full and satisfied.
Ingredients-
2 eggs, scrambled, hard boiled, or fired
1/3 to 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
cherry tomatoes
bed of spinach
1/2 an avocado
wasa cracker, Ezekiel bread, or sourdough toast
