Elevated Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • WildPlanet Skipjack Tuna

  • Cucumber, finely chopped

  • Bell pepper, Finely chopped

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Dijon Mustard, white vinegar, yellowbird garlic hot sauce

  • Salt, pepper. cumin

  • Toppings: avocado and EBTB seasoning, extra parsley

Method:

Mix together tuna, 1-2 tbsp dijon mustard, a small splash of white vinegar, and hot sauce if desired, add seasoning to taste. Add in diced vegetables and herbs.

Place on a bed of lettuce, top with avocado and fresh parsley.
