Elevated Tuna Salad
INGREDIENTS:
WildPlanet Skipjack Tuna
Cucumber, finely chopped
Bell pepper, Finely chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped
Dijon Mustard, white vinegar, yellowbird garlic hot sauce
Salt, pepper. cumin
Toppings: avocado and EBTB seasoning, extra parsley
Method:
Mix together tuna, 1-2 tbsp dijon mustard, a small splash of white vinegar, and hot sauce if desired, add seasoning to taste. Add in diced vegetables and herbs.
Place on a bed of lettuce, top with avocado and fresh parsley.
