The OG Smoothie

This smoothie is my absolute favorite. I have it almost daily, and it always keeps me full and satisfied- especially after a hard workout!



Ingredients-

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen fruit (blueberries and strawberries are my favorite

  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder (my favorite is Truvani)

  • bunch of spinach

  • almond milk to blend

Add ingredients to a blender and enjoy!
