The OG Smoothie
This smoothie is my absolute favorite. I have it almost daily, and it always keeps me full and satisfied- especially after a hard workout!
Ingredients-
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen fruit (blueberries and strawberries are my favorite
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
1 scoop vegan protein powder (my favorite is Truvani)
bunch of spinach
almond milk to blend
Add ingredients to a blender and enjoy!
