The OG Smoothie
This smoothie is my absolute favorite. I have it almost daily, and it always keeps me full and satisfied- especially after a hard workout!
Ingredients-
- 1 frozen banana 
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit (blueberries and strawberries are my favorite 
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds 
- 1 tbsp almond butter 
- 1 scoop vegan protein powder (my favorite is Truvani) 
- bunch of spinach 
- almond milk to blend 
Add ingredients to a blender and enjoy!
