Veggie Power Wrap

I love a good wrap! So quick and easy for meal prepped lunches or when you’re in a rush. They’re so customizable and easy to adjust when you’re running low on groceries or need lunch in a pinch.

Ingredients-

  • Wrap of choice (I prefer FoodForLife Ezekiel wraps, but also recommend Siete cassava tortillas)

  • 1 to 2 tbsp hummus

  • 1/2 an avocado

  • Dijon mustard

  • Thinly sliced veggies of choice

  • Salad greens

  • Hemp hearts

  • Protein of choice (optional)

Method-

Spread hummus and dijon mustard over wrap, then add a handful of greens. Add thinly sliced vegetables, a dash of salt and pepper, hemp hearts and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired. Add garbanzo beans, tuna, tofu or protein of choice if desired. Wrap it up and enjoy!
