Breakfast Tacos

I love breakfast food for any meal of the day, and these tacos are a lunchtime staple for me. Quick to whip up and delicious, these are sure to be a hit.

What you need:

  • SIete Almond Flour Tortillas

  • Organic eggs

  • Half an avocado

  • avocado oil

  • Fresh tomatoes, chopped

  • Cilantro

  • Salsa of choice (I love Ithaca)

  • Pickled red onions or jalepinos

Method:

Spray a skillet with avocado oil spray, and scramble eggs as desired. While eggs are cooking, I like to heat my tortillas up over the stove, in a pan, or in the oven. Once the eggs are finished, add to your tortillas and add in your favorite toppings!
