Overnight Chia Pudding
If you’ve tried chia pudding in the past and found yourself less than pleased with the consistency or texture, don’t be skip to jump over this recipe. Creamy, thick and delicious, this recipe is a crowd pleaser and might change your mind about these tiny seeds!
Chia seeds are incredibly nutrient dense- packed with fiber, Omega-3 fatty acids, and all nine essential amino acids, they pack a protein punch and will keep you satisfied.
Ingredients-
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 a ripe banana
1 to 2 tbsp or half a scoop of protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
sea salt, cinnamon, vanilla extract
Method-
In a mason jar, mash the banana, and add in other ingredients, stirring until combined. Place in fridge for 2 hrs or overnight.
In the morning, top with granola, fresh berries, and flaky sea salt.
