4 Pillars to Health

It’s 2025! We are entering into a new year, and it’s time to take charge of our health.

How to Level Up Your Health in 2025

Below I have a framework for leveling up your health in 2025. It starts with 4 “pillars” of health, and reflection questions to help you navigate where to begin.

It truly all comes down to these 4 pillars and seeing which area you need to focus on the most to achieve lasting results. So often we gravitate towards one “pillar” so to speak, but we don’t look at the entire picture, which is why we either don’t see results or get stuck in the same loop of habits.

So what are the pillars?

NUTRITION - MOVEMENT - MINDFULNESS - SLEEP

By diving into these four pillars- we unlock the awareness of what needs to change and how to create steps to do so.

These four pillars create a massive impact on our overall health and wellness, and so often we focus in on one but disregard the other. For instance- even if our nutrition is dialed in, but we only are sleeping 5 hours a night, the impact of our nutrition is only going to be able to do so much- we have to tackle the whole picture.

Here are a few questions to ask yourself to help navigate which pillar needs the most work, which allows you to set goals this year that will give you results and lasting change.

1) Which pillar do I find myself doing the best in / which comes easiest for me?

2) Which pillar have I not even recognized as important, and when I look at my habits, am I incorporating it at all in my life?

3) Which pillar do I know I need to focus in on the most? How can I create steps to change in that area?

After taking a moment to reflect on these questions, I hope you have a better sense of how to create your goals for the next year, or maybe you realize you need a bit more help to create lasting change that you are working for.
